Project Designer
Kyle Seaton is a success-driven architectural designer with professional experience in a diverse array of projects spanning various countries and territories. Kyle’s focus at McClennan Architects is on the successful delivery of affordable communities, including his role in the architecture team for the passive house “Tevis Place” development, a 154-unit MPDU community in Rockville, Maryland.
Kyle's previous roles include Technical Designer at Page, where he contributed to U.S. Embassy projects, and Designer at Powers Brown Architecture, where he enhanced the architectural work of office and industrial park buildings. His freelance work in the Virgin Islands and the DMV area further broadened his understanding of the built environment.
Kyle's academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to sustainable design and development, and to creating robust and accessible communities. With a strong foundation in drafting and 3D modeling, he excels in balancing client expectations, project constraints, and budget considerations to deliver high-quality design solutions.
